Do you take custom orders?
We offer personalization in terms of leather & thread options and custom monogramming, but we are not taking fully custom builds at this point.

I'm generally happy with the Snap Finn (burgundy; black stitching). Super convenient. Shipping was great. I had expected the leather to be slightly thicker-perhaps 1-2 millimeters. At the current thickness it feels less substantial. I also expected the sides to be burnished and dyed (waxed?). I thought this was standard on all wallets, but it is not on the Snap Finn. I should have read the description more carefully--my bad. Recommend future Snap Finns have slightly thicker leather and burnished and dyed sides. An outer pocket for one commonly used card would be a very nice addition.
I ordered the Snap Finn as I was looking for a slimmer profile wallet for travel. My everyday carry has been the Franklin, which I absolutely love—but now I have a tough choice on my hands, because the Snap Finn is fantastic! It holds more than I expected, and I’ve been using it daily since it arrived. My Franklin is definitely feeling jealous.
I chose the Snap Finn in olive with red stitching, and it looks as good as it feels in hand. The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding, just as I’ve come to expect from Lost Dutchman. Between the Franklin and now the Snap Finn, I have two incredible options—and I couldn’t be happier.
I’ve tried a plethora of wallets over the last 2 years. Some popular brands like Ridge — 1 of 3 wallets I’ve tried have actually been good and I would recommend — and Ekster have just let me down with quality and usability. Other brands like Tumi just make bulky bifolds. I tried the original finnigan and liked the slim design and ease of access, but didn’t like how loose the cards felt if the wallet wasn’t full. The snap fixes that problem and maintains the genius design. Would HIGHLY recommend this wallet.

THE LEATHER
We use only the best full-grain, vegetable tanned American cowhide for our products. The majority of our leather is tanned at Wickett & Craig Tannery in Curwensville, Pennsylvania.
Full grain leather is renowned for its durability and beauty, and will develop a beautiful patina with time and use.
THE STITCHING
We hand sew our products using the time-tested Saddle Stitching method. This traditional stitch can only be done by hand, and ensures that the thread will never unravel or come apart.
The thread we sew with is Ritza 25 "Tiger" thread -- a thick, braided polyester that is waxed to provide extra protection from wear.
THE GUARANTEE
