In Stock items (all non create-your-own) currently ship within 5 business days.

Belts have a current lead time of up to 2 weeks.

Create-your-own items are built from scratch and have a lead time of approximately 2 weeks.

We offer a Lifetime Guarantee on all of our products. If the craftsmanship on any of our products ever fails you, we will either repair or replace that product for free.

We offer custom heat-stamped monogramming of up to 5 characters on most of our products. Just leave your personalization in the provided space on the product page and we'll add it for you.

We are not taking fully custom projects at this time.

Customize existing products with more leather and thread options on our Create-your-own items.

Create Your Own orders are made specifically for you, so a few policies apply. Changes can be made within 48 hours of ordering – just contact us and we'll update it. Cancellations are accepted before your order has begun production. Once our craftsmen have started, we cannot cancel. Because these items are custom-made to your specs, all sales are final — but if there's ever a quality issue, we'll always make it right.

To keep your goods in best shape, condition the leather about every few months, or when the leather starts feeling dry. We highly recommend Smith's Leather Balm.
