5 star for the minimalistic design and durability purchased mine 03/23 now it’s 08/26 and just got around to writing a review it’s been my favorite wallet to carry and can’t see my self with another one I even carry my work ID and badge in and out with it all day but I am eyeing the new Franklin 2 tho

I got the mini Franklin, I was surprised about the quality and how perfect the wallet was for the purpose I was looking for.
I want to see how it looks in a few months, but definitely I will get another one!!

I love the simplicity of this wallet. There is no stitching, there are no rivets, just folded leather. It holds 5-8 cards depending on if you carry a little cash as well. If you do carry cash, you need to fold it into quarters (fold the bill in half and then fold it in half again). I have a minimalist philosophy in how I live my life, so if you are someone that doesn’t subscribe to that or carry a whole bunch of things, this may not be the best solution for you. That being said, my Olive Mini-Franklin arrived starving for some conditioning, the leather was very, very dry. After I applied some Leather Honey, the leather was supple and good to go. This has become my everyday carry wallet, but I knocked off a star because the card slot on the outside of the wallet doesn’t have the greatest retention, unless the inner main compartment it full. I carry a small amount of cash, so the inside of the wallet will fluctuate in thickness, meaning the card I have on the outside has a greater risk of slipping out. I liked having this card on the outside because it is an RFID that I tap to open doors around my community. It’s not the biggest deal if I lose it because I can replace it and I have no sensitive data on it, but it is a concern. Other than that, I love this wallet.

I waited a bit to write this review to get a good feel for the new wallet in day to day life, and to let it start breaking in. With a good month under its belt, the wallet has been fantastic. I use the inside to hold 5 cards + a folded up note, and the outside holds two of my more regularly used cards. Flipping it open was a little awkward at first, but as muscle memory set in and the leather has started breaking in, I doubt that will be a concern moving forward.

If you are searching for the perfect front pocket carry wallet that will outlast you, this is it! I own 3 Mini Franklins in different colors, and can't wait to see how this Olive color patinas over time. Highly recommend, 5 stars all day!

This wallet has ben tested throughout the last year and is aging quite nicely. It holds everything I need in a slim package. Since Joining the Army I think this wallet will serve many more years to come

A friend of mine introduced me to Lost Dutchman, and I’ve had this wallet for about four years now. I actually lost it within the first few months of owning it, reordered another one, and then eventually found the original — so now I have two of the exact same wallet, just aged differently over time.

Some people like to switch wallets every so often, but this one has been my daily driver since day one. I was a bit skeptical at first because of the raw, light leather, but wow — the patina that develops over time is absolutely beautiful. Seeing the two wallets side by side really shows how well they age.

I’m really enjoying my new mini Franklin! I’ve had it a few days now and it’s really starting to break in nicely. Right now I have about seven cards in there and initially it felt tight but after a few days, they are sliding in and out no problem. The leather is smooth and soft and feels very high-quality.

I want to point out that I initially was sent a wallet that had a small defect or scratch in the leather. I contacted customer service and they did a great job taking care of it. They were very nice and understanding and shipped me a replacement wallet quickly. They even included a nice handwritten note and a sticker with the new wallet! Overall, I was very pleased with their response.

I received my order yesterday- far quicker than I anticipated, and in time for me to swap my cards before I travel for the holidays. The wallet is exactly as I expected from the video/pictures. The monogramming looks great as well- I may splurge for the gold lettering next time, I think it would look great on the black leather.

I started off with the L.D. Little Louie last year and I loved it so much I got the Mini Franklin shortly after. These wallets are so well made and I have been so impressed I ordered a no-stitch Finnigan for Christmas this year. I love supporting this American Made business and I carry their wallets with pride.

Here's a wallet that's cute and oh-so-easy-to-carry. Five cards inside the pouch plus cash, albeit folded three times, and two cards in the back. Form and function meets fun and fits perfectly in any pocket. I adore the lovable wallet! SO GOOD!
