We proudly carry full-grain American cowhide. Full-grain leather is known for its durability, and only gets better with age.
We hand-stitch with Ritza 25 "Tiger" thread – a waxed, braided polyester thread that is known as the strongest in the world.

My 2nd LDL wallet after my mini franklin. I just love this card holder. From the looks of it to the feel and smell. I have about 7 cards in it with a couple of folded bills and it fits perfectly. It's small enough that I don't even notice it in my front pocket. The finishing on the wallet is great too with the stitching. Pretty sure this one will last a long time. 10/10!
Lost Dutchman wallet was something I was eyeing for a while and it didn't disappoint. Really like the quality of the material and the craftsmanship.
Honestly when i saw this wallet in ads i fell in love with the design and colors, i made a finnigan with buttero yellow strap and casing with bordeaux stitching and ive had it for about a week already and its already molding to my pocket and deepening in color. Holds more cash than you think it can handle and its just a beautiful wallet, would definitely buy again.

I have quite a few wallets from the lost Dutchman and I can’t say enough good about this company. You will not find a better handmade wallet period. Their craftsmanship is bar none the best out there. I will be continuing my collection because I can’t just have a few, I want them all. If I could give 6 stars I would. Here's my Finnigan after two years of ownership. I'm in the navy and this wallet has been my companion through the worst. It's been soaked, pressed and baked under the sun. It has held up way better than I expected. None of the threads have come loose, and it has only gotten better looking with time.

After temporarily misplacing my black Finnigan, I decided I'd like a back up in case I lose it completely next time. Went with the pretty Navy Bridal/Cream stitch this time. Looks awesome. Very happy with it.

I got the OG Finn and I don’t regret it. Only thing I regret is not getting my intials. The quality is outstanding and the size is perfect for my cards. I can’t wait for the famous LD leather patina.

This wallet is my favorite ever. Not because it has personalization but because its the best I've ever had. The stitching is still solid. This has been the only wallet I have had since June 2021.
Awesome wallet. I have several Lost Dutchman's and they are all great. Idea to make the Finnigan flawless. Add a small notch on inside to help get cash out. It can be hard to get the cash when it sits all the way down. Picture of my modified Finnigan attached.
